Nashua man faces charges for beating, threatening male and female victims – New Hampshire News

NASHUA — A 23-year-old Nashua man faces four domestic violence, assault and criminal threatening charges after his arrest for brandishing a gun before a female victim, and beating a male victim with a baseball bat, police said.

Timothy Wahl, 41 Newbury St., Apt. 4, was charged with Class B felonies of domestic violence and criminal threatening and two Class A misdemeanors of simple assault after a domestic disturbance at Squire Drive early Saturday morning.

Police responded at 4:44 a.m. to find a female victim, known to Wahl, who said she had been assaulted and threatened by Wahl who had waved a gun at her.

She identified a second victim, a male, who she said had been threatened in a similar manner but who had also been beaten with a baseball bat, police said.

Police found the male victim, who had been treated at a local hospital for injuries sustained in the assault.

Wahl was not on the scene but police said they found him shortly after. Wahl was taken into custody.

The Special Investigative Division of the Nashua Police Department’s detective bureau is working the case and anyone with any information is urged to call the NPD at (603) 594-3500 or to anonymously call the Crime Line at (603) 589-1665.
