NASHUA — A 23-year-old Nashua man faces four domestic violence, assault and criminal threatening charges after his arrest for brandishing a gun before a female victim, and beating a male victim with a baseball bat, police said.
Timothy Wahl, 41 Newbury St., Apt. 4, was charged with Class B felonies of domestic violence and criminal threatening and two Class A misdemeanors of simple assault after a domestic disturbance at Squire Drive early Saturday morning.
Police responded at 4:44 a.m. to find a female victim, known to Wahl, who said she had been assaulted and threatened by Wahl who had waved a gun at her.
She identified a second victim, a male, who she said had been threatened in a similar manner but who had also been beaten with a baseball bat, police said.
Police found the male victim, who had been treated at a local hospital for injuries sustained in the assault.
Wahl was not on the scene but police said they found him shortly after. Wahl was taken into custody.
