Erie County Department of Health cites Erie-area eatery with two critical health violations.

At least once a year, Erie County Department of Health officials inspect all restaurants and stores that sell unpackaged food. Here is a list of violations recorded April 5 through Wednesday. For a first look at the list, go to GoErie.com every Thursday.

 

2 CRITICAL VIOLATIONS

Coney Island Lunch, 3015 Buffalo Road, Wesleyville, (Person in charge not monitoring/practicing proper cooling; Greek sauce not cooled properly.) April 13.

 

1 CRITICAL VIOLATION

Polish Sharpshooters Club, 650 E. 12th St. (Hand-washing sinks in kitchen and bar have no approved method of drying hands.) Also 2 noncritical violations., April 13.

 

2 NONCRITICAL VIOLATIONS

Little Caesar’s, 101 W. Main St., North East. Tuesday.

Baymont Inn & Suites, 8170 Perry Highway, Summit Township. April 11.

 

1 NONCRITICAL VIOLATION

UPMC Hamot cafeteria, 201 State St. Wednesday.

Abington Crest, 1267 S. Hill Road, Summit Township. Wednesday.

Burger King, 7800 Peach St., Summit Township. April 12.

Hani Market, 1027 State St. April 12.

Country Fair, 810 East Ave. April 7.

 

NO VIOLATIONS

Warner Theatre, 811 State St. Wednesday.

UPMC Hamot — front lobby, 201 State St. Wednesday.

Magee-Womens, UPMC Hamot — lobby cafe, 118 E. Second St. Wednesday.

Mr. Shivers, 11220 Route 19 North, Waterford Township. Wednesday.

Pour House Pub, 117 High St., Waterford. Wednesday.

Arby’s, 7521 Perry Highway, Summit Township. Wednesday.

Applebee’s, 4002 Buffalo Road, Harborcreek Township. Wednesday.
