Suspicions aroused: On the record for April 19, 20 – Colorado News

Wednesday, April 19

12:52 a.m. On the 3800 block of Exmoor Road, officers responded to a report from a woman that her mother was harassing her. She told her mom she was not allowed to see her children or come to her house, but the mother kept driving by her house and was also reportedly harassing her at her workplace in Steamboat Springs.

6:58 p.m. At Centennial Mall, officers responded to a report of a suspicious man acting weird in the bathroom. The party is known to officers, is currently homeless and has a history of mental illness.

9:49 p.m. On the 500 block of Steele Street, officers responded to a report of a man who appeared to be on drugs doing martial arts-type moves, kicking a bag and wearing no shoes. He was the same man from the mall.

Thursday, April 20

10:28 a.m. At the Moffat County Library, officers responded to a report of a man who appeared to be on drugs, wearing no shoes and acting strangely. He was the same man officers contacted the previous day at the mall.

11:50 a.m. At Loaf ‘N Jug, officers responded to a report of harassment. A male party approached another male party and threatened to beat him up if he drove past his house again. It was not the first time the threat had been made and the reporting party stated he wanted to file harassment charges. Officers told the other male to leave him alone.

1:57 p.m. Near the Museum of Northwest Colorado, officers responded to a disturbance involving a female juvenile student.
