Three people died in separate vehicle accidents in the southeast Kansas area Tuesday, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol. A fourth injury accident was reported just south of 35th on US-169 on Wednesday.
A Parsons man was reported dead after a tractor-trailer collision Tuesday evening in Crawford County, and a Utah man died in a collision with a tractor-trailer truck Tuesday morning in Montgomery County. A Bronson man died at Allen County Hospital after a single-vehicle accident in Allen County.
The body of Caleb Lind, 23, Provo, Utah, was taken for autopsy after the accident at 8:10 am Tuesday that closed US-400 for more than three hours, the Kansas Highway Patrol reported. The accident happened 1 ½ miles west of the US-169 intersection.
