A vegetation fire that spread to a Marin City condominium complex Tuesday night did not cause injuries but resulted in damages, authorities said.
Multiple fire agencies responded to the incident reported just before 9 p.m. at 251 Donahue St.
The fire started in vegetation just outside the building but flames spread to residential structure and made its way into a unit, breaking a window and setting a couch and other items ablaze.
The fire was extinguished in a few minutes, said Marin County fire Battalion Chief Jeremey Pierce.
Pierce said little interior damage was sustained, with all damages valued at roughly $100,000.
The resident of the condo was temporarily displaced. Once the window is repaired, the resident can move back into their space, he said.
Responding agencies included Mill Valley, Tiburon, Marin County fire departments and Southern Marin Fire District.
