EDINBURG — A mistrial is being considered in the gang-related murder trial of a Donna man.
A day after she testified that Jorge Alberto Guajardo admitted to his involvement in a gang-related shooting that left a teen dead — a Donna woman could face charges of her own.
Deputies led Shaniqua Silva to the back of the courtroom moments after 398th state District Court Judge Keno Vasquez ripped into her for posting about her testimony and sharing an article about the case on her Facebook page.
“Do you know what you’ve done?” Vasquez said aloud in Silva’s direction.
