Sifco Industries’ CFO to resign – Ohio News

Sifco Industries Inc.‘s vice president of finance and CFO, Salvatore Incanno, is resigning from the company effective June 30, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

The filing stated that Incanno had been “presented with another career opportunity” and that his resignation was not due to a disagreement with Sifco or the company’s operations or policies. A message left for Incanno was not returned as of publication.

Cleveland-based Sifco has named Thomas R. Kubera interim CFO, effective June 30, until a decision about a permanent replacement is reached, the filing stated. Kubera joined Sifco as corporate controller in May 2014. He also served as interim CFO from April to May in 2015.

This isn’t the only leadership shake-up the maker of forged and machined products has seen in recent years. In June of 2016, Sifco named Peter W. Knapper its new CEO and president.
