Does the White House staff still send out birthday greetings if you send a request? I have an address for this, but I am not sure if the new administration still does this?

They do, Ruth, but based on our attempts to track down how, there’s a bit of a roundabout way to do it, at least for now.
According to the education website ThoughtCo, the presidential transition team for the Trump administration has “at least temporarily removed pages referencing the White House Greetings Office, including the online greeting card request form and instructions.”
It then goes on to list two methods of how you can still make it happen. The first is to mail it, with a stamp and envelope and everything, sending requests about two months in advance of the event to:
White House, Attn: Greetings Office, 1600 Pennsylvania Ave., Washington, D.C. 20500
You can also submit it through your congressman or senator, the site says. We checked with U.S. Rep. Greg Walden’s office to make sure this was the case. Turns out it’s the real deal.
“All of this is handled on the White House end. We just essentially serve as a conduit,” says Justin Discigil, Walden’s communications director in D.C.
You can send your information to Walden’s office at https://walden.house.gov/contact-greg/email-me.
However you send it, include your full name, the full name of the person receiving the greeting, their mailing address, their birthday, and the type of greeting. This is according to both ThoughtCo and an automated voice message on the White House comment line, 202-456-1111.
