Top 10: Seafood, live music, PrideFest and recognition of WWI centennial liven up Hampton Roads this weekend –  Virginia News

Here’s our weekly round up of 10 events to fill your weekend.

1. Summer Solstice Celebration & Seafood Festival at Williamsburg Winery

Williamsburg Winery (5800 Wessex Hundred, Williamsburg) will introduce its 2016 A Midsummer Night’s White Wine for the fourth Summer Solstice Celebration from 6:30-9:30 p.m. Friday. Tickets are $35. Admission includes two glasses of wine, food samples and live music. Guests must be 21 or older and provide ID. Info: williamsburgwinery.com or 757-229-0999.

2. Blast into Summer

Discover propulsion with rockets and water balloons from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Virginia Air and Space Center, 600 Settlers Landing Road, Hampton. Blast into Summer is part of STEM Saturdays and is free with admission. General museum admission is $18.50 for adults, $15.50 for military/NASA, $16.50 for seniors and $15 for children/students. 3. Glow Williamsburg

Shine through the streets of Williamsburg during a one mile or 5K glow run. The 5K begins at 8:25 p.m. Friday, the miler at 8:30 p.m., and a post-race party and movie with popcorn follows. Participants receive a T-shirt, glow stick and party access. Online registration is open until Thursday ($45 for 5K; $35 for mile). On-site registration is available ($40-$50).
