PRATTVILLE—A description of the suspects’ vehicle in a Wednesday Prattville shooting has been released.

The shooting occurred about 1 p.m. at a home at the intersection of Cooper Avenue and Kerlin Street, said Police Chief Mark Thompson. The homeowner and a friend drove up to the house to an apparent burglary in progress, the chief said. A Majestic Infiniti, white two door vehicle was seen in the driveway, according to a press release from Central Alabama CrimeStoppers. The car had black rims and black tinted windows, the release said.

Two male suspects were seen, and one suspect started shooting as he left the home, Thompson said. The homeowner’s friend was struck in the forehead, the chief said. The wound appeared to be a graze wound, and the man was released from Prattville Baptist Hospital about an hour later, Thompson said.

The two suspects drove from the scene in the car, on Cooper Avenue towards Memorial Drive, the release states. It was last seen turning north on Memorial Drive.
