Deputies arrest felon in Twentynine Palms for possession of narcotics for sale and ammo – California News



San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a convicted felon on suspicion of possession of narcotics for sale and possession of ammunition they found while serving a search warrant in Twentynine Palms Saturday, July 15, according to a news release.

Deputies recovered methamphetamine, cash, handgun ammunition and a loaded magazine for a handgun at a residence in the 73200 block of Sun Valley Drive in Twentynine Palms.

Tracy Hibler, 29, of Twentynine Palms, was arrested at the house on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale and being a felon in possession of ammunition. He had a prior felony conviction and is prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition, the release stated.

He was booked at the Morongo Basin Jail, and released on Sunday after posting $50,000 bail, according to jail records.
