ALBERTVILLE — The Albertville City Board of Education on Tuesday approved a contract with retired Police Chief Doug Pollard to provide support services for the attendance officer.
The contract calls for no more than 20 hours per week from Aug. 1 through Dec. 31, 2018, not to exceed $30,000 per calendar year, with a total contract not to exceed $45,000.
The board declared older sideline headsets surplus and approved their sale to Woodville High School for $100.
Personnel actions included one leave, four resignations, two transfers, 16 employments and two supplement resignations.
