Becker College

WORCESTER, Massachusetts >> Becker College’s Alyson Zawisza of Moodus has been named to the spring 2017 dean’s list.

Ithaca College

ITHACA, New York >> Ithaca College announces the students named to dean’s list for the spring 2017 semester: Kevin DeLisa of Westbrook, Britney Dumas of Killingworth, Jordan Gallant of Killingworth, Rebecca Johnson of Portland, Mirelle Tinker of Higganum and Stone Washburn of Old Saybrook.

Army National Guard

LATHAM, New York >> A Middletown man was recently promoted to the New York Army National Guard in recognition of his capability for additional responsibility and leadership.

Bryan Danna, who is assigned to the medical command unit, received a promotion to the rank of major.


Army National Guard promotions are based on overall performance, attitude, leadership ability and development potential.

Siena College

LOUDONVILLE, New York >> The following locals were named to the Siena College dean’s list for the spring 2017 semester. To be selected, a student’s grade-point average for the semester must be between 3.5 and 3.89. They are: Logan Porter of Middlefield, Kirsten Carlson of Higganum, Kyle Farrell of Durham, Rajshree Marhatta of Middletown and Andrew Tessman of Clinton.
