Since 2010, David Alley has served on the RMCC Foundation Board of Directors and he and his wife Kay made the decision to support an annual scholarship to assist UA Rich Mountain students in allied health programs achieve their educational and career goals. David and Kay Alley retired to Mena in 1995.
