Following a public hearing, Chaffee County Commissioners unanimously agreed to allow the Longhorn Ranch Subdivision to move forward during the regular meeting Tuesday.
The approval was not without conditions, many of which were recommended by the Chaffee County Planning Commission prior to review of the proposal by commissioners.
