CSPD seeks citizens input via survey – Colorado News

Colorado Springs Police Department will conduct a citizen survey, at a cost of not more than $24,950, in coming weeks to take the pulse of the community on a number of issues. Here’s a release about it:

Over the next several weeks, the Colorado Springs Police Department will be conducting a citizen survey. During this time, a professional survey company will be randomly calling households in Colorado Springs, and asking a variety of questions relating to crime in the community, safety issues, and police response.

The Colorado Springs Police Department values the opinion of the community it serves, and this survey will assist the police department in identifying citizen’s concerns about crime in their neighborhoods, the effectiveness of community oriented policing, and overall satisfaction with police services.

An analysis of the survey results will be posted on the City’s website and CSPD social media platforms later…
