Uncooperative weather grounded the hot air balloons in town for the Moffat County Balloon Festival Friday morning at Loudy-Simpson park, but many of the pilots and crews had fun nonetheless. Pilot Dave Yob from Colorado Springs took several people up for short trips, towering a couple of hundred feet above the field. His balloon was tethered to two trucks and manned by his crew. The festival continues on Saturday and Sunday.
