ROME, Ga. (AP) — Isranel Wilson hit a walk-off single with one out in the 14th inning, as the Rome Braves defeated the Asheville Tourists 6-5 on Friday.

Cristian Pache scored the game-winning run after he reached base on an error and advanced to second on a hit batsman.

The Braves tied the game 5-5 when Marcus Mooney hit an RBI double, scoring Leudys Baez in the eighth.

The Braves had three relievers combine to throw eight scoreless innings in the victory. Taylor Lewis (1-1) got the win with 2 1/3 innings of scoreless relief while Austin Moore (0-1) took the loss in the South Atlantic League game.

With the win, Rome improved to 14-3 against Asheville this season.
