Two people injured in west Greeley motorcycle crash – Colorado News

Two people were injured Saturday afternoon in west Greeley when the driver of a motorcycle lost control while going around a curve in the road.

Greeley police Sgt. Mike Heck said police were called about 12:15 p.m. to the 4600 block of O Street on report of the crash. He said the initial investigation indicated the driver of the westbound motorcycle lost control and the bike went off the road and collided with a metal fence.

The driver of the motorcycle, later identified as Joline Muhle, 38, and a passenger, Muhle’s 14-year-old daughter Kortney, were both taken to North Colorado Medical Center in ambulances for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, Heck said.

Police did close down a portion of O Street for about half an hour while they worked to investigate the crash and clear the wreckage.
