NORWALK >> Two teenage pedestrians were struck by a car at the intersection of Pioneer Boulevard and Foster Road Monday night.
The teens, a male and a female, sustained minor injuries but were taken to a local hospital nonetheless, said Lt. Jeff Dusky of the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Norwalk station.
A witness described the car as a newer model white sedan with tinted windows. The car’s driver drove off, and police do not have anyone in custody.
The teens were running south on Pioneer Boulevard and were crossing Foster Road when the driver made a left turn and struck them, Dusky said.
