Three of four counts against Anthony Silva dismissed in exchange for no contest plea.
Former Stockton Mayor Anthony Silva has accepted a plea deal in Amador County.
Silva appeared this morning in Jackson, where he faced misdemeanor charges of child endangerment, providing alcohol to a minor and secretly recording a strip poker game with teenage counselors at a summer camp he ran at Silver Lake two years ago.
Three of the four counts were dismissed in exchange for his no contest plea. He received a suspended 1 year sentence on the fourth count. Silva will also have to complete 40 hours of community service as part of the deal.
