Half-A-Shipwreck coming to Colors of Copper | News – Arizona News

CLIFTON — The Colors of Copper is starting to come together for its 2017 showing, and it’s bringing home family.

Half-A-Shipwreck, pictured here playing at the Santa Fe Plaza, in New Mexico, will play at this year’s Colors of Copper Art Gala in Clifton.

This year the art festival welcomes musical duo Half-A-Shipwreck from New Mexico.

The group, which consists of Robert and Faye Anderson, plays a variety of music styles.

“Husband and wife musical duo, Half-A-Shipwreck, creates distinctively rich-acoustic soundscapes while blending and bending many genres. Fronted by belting female vocals, accompanied by guitar, ukulele, banjo, bass, spoons, kick drum, harmonica and bells. This duo delivers a unique performance with interchanging instruments, many of which are played all at once!
