POLICE REPORTS

The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Ukiah Police Department. To anonymously report crime information, call 463-6205.

MAN IN CREEK CAUSING A DISTURBANCE: Caller in the 600 block of North State Street reported at 3:42 a.m. Monday that a man in the creek was causing a disturbance. An officer responded and reported that the man was singing.

MAN IN BATHROOM: Caller at Safeway on South State Street reported at 7:16 a.m. Monday that a man in the store’s bathroom was refusing to leave. An officer responded but the man had left.

TRANSIENTS IN BUSHES: Caller in the 900 block of West Church Street reported at 7:38 a.m. Monday that transients were sleeping in nearby bushes. An officer responded but they were gone.

FAKE $100: Caller at Denny’s on Pomeroy Avenue reported at 11:43 p.m. Monday that a couple tried to pay for their meal with a fake $100 bill and left.

SHERIFF’S REPORTS

The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office:

DUI: Steven Bernard Geyer Jr., 23, of Liverpool, NY, was booked at county jail Sept. 4 on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs. He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.

DEFACEMENT: Robert Hollister Jr., 53, of Little River, was booked at county jail Sept. 4 on suspicion of defacement, damage or destruction of $400 or more. He was arrested by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Cort Patterson Miller, 23, of Covelo, was booked at county jail Sept. 4 on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a significant other and false imprisonment. He was arrested by the Mendocino County…
