7 p.m. on CBS The Big Bang Theory

Leonard, Sheldon and Howard (Johnny Galecki, Jim Parsons, Simon Helberg) reach the end of their work with the Air Force, but the conclusion of their project is something they didn’t expect in “The Gyroscopic Collapse.” Amy (Mayim Bialik) gets a summer job offer. Guest star Dean Norris (“Under the Dome”) returns. Kaley Cuoco, Kunal Nayyar and Melissa Rauch also star.

7 p.m. on ABC Celebrity Family Feud

Neither Paula Deen nor Carson Kressley is a wallflower, so you can expect a high-spirited battle as they bring their respective relatives (including Paula’s fellow-celebrity sons Bobby and Jamie Jr.) to this game in the first contest here. The second match is a showdown between then-and-now young stars of television, as He Who Was Urkel — “Family Matters” alum Jaleel White — takes on “Modern Family’s” Rico Rodriguez. Steve Harvey is the host.

One of the duos ultimately will get to go up against the music app Shazam for a shot at $1 million.
