Rainbow City police charged a man with 13 counts of unauthorized use of a debit/credit card after a traffic stop by Attalla police, according to Chief Jonathon Horton.
Mark Rossman, 48, of Oneonta was arrested Wednesday and charged with 13 counts the Class D felony. Detective Camp Yancey obtained the warrants after questioning Rossman following a traffic stop by Attalla Deputy Police Chief Ryan Condy, after Condy recovered the credit/debit card from Rossman’s possession.
The card belonged to a local business that Rossman worked for in the past. He had not been employed with the business in more than six months, but continued to use the credit card for personal gain.
Rossman’s bond totaled $19,500.
Horton thanked the Attalla Police Department for its assistance.
